Super psicodelic sounds on this new split single in from Electric Cowbell Records, pairing two artists on two continents who have previously collaborated but here feature each of their own unique bands and sounds. NYCT alumni Rolando Bruno, this time alongside his Grupo Arevalo project, dips back into his fabulous rock 'n rola pedigree. Pure latin psyche rock here from the Argentinian ensemble. Over on the B-Side, by way of Japan is Of Tropique, whose noteworthy earlier records on ECR have been staples here on IG, and once again the band delivers a sort of newfangled fusion of jazz-funk and tropical sounds that is just fabulous.
